All Ireland Society for Higher Education
The All Ireland Society for Higher Education (AISHE) will be launched this Thursday by Dr Seamus Smyth, President of NUI Maynooth.
Other speakers will include Mr John Hayden Secretary/CEO, The Higher Education Authority, Mr John Coote, Northern Ireland Higher Education Council and Ms Sandra Griffiths of the University of Ulster.

AISHE, a new professional society, aims to bring together and support those people who are concerned to advance Higher Education in the island of Ireland. It will promote the professional recognition and enhancement of teaching and learning in Higher Education through a wide range of activities including seminars, conferences, publications, and provision of online community forums and services.
