AISHE members are invited to a lecture on CALL by the leading international researcher, Prof. Mike Levy of Griffith University, Brisbane, Australia on Monday 27-Aug-2001 at Dublin City University. [Details]
AISHE members are invited to participate in two upcoming PBL events at the Learning and Teaching Centre at DIT: an introductory workshop on 12th March 2001, and an advanced workshop on 24th May 2001. [Details]
aishe-talk@aishe.org (posting open to members only) is an email forum, established as a networking vehicle for all AISHE members. The forum will be used for formal news or announcements from AISHE itself; but can also be used by members as a mechanism for making contacts, for exchanging news of relevant events, sharing pointers to useful resources etc.
AISHE was formally launched on Thursday, 30th November 2000, by Dr Seamus Smyth, President of NUI Maynooth. Other speakers included Ms Sandra Griffiths of the University of Ulster and Dr Rakesh Bhanot representing SEDA.
