AISHE is governed by Executive Committee, in accordance with Clause 4 of the AISHE constitution. The Executive Committee is elected at the AGM, but may subsequently co-opt up to two additional members. The current members of the Executive Committee were elected at the AGM of 26th August 2011 for a two year term, and are:
