Peer Observation of Teaching

Peer Observation of Teaching (POT) has become an increasingly useful method of enhancing teaching and learning in higher education institutions. This seminar looks at definitions and models of peer observation and review of teaching in the UK and Ireland, and in the USA, and provides a forum for participants to discuss issues for implementing POT within their own institutions.
