What is problem-based learning? Are you interested in designing all or part of your curriculum around problems? Do you want to practice writing problems? This introductory workshop will draw on best international practice in PBL.

This is an advanced workshop only for those already using PBL or who have been well introduced to it. Charlotte will present her recent research entitled "Between Chaos and Cosmos"( Student responsibility and independence in PBL). She will also facilitate an advanced workshop on the PBL tutorial process. It will be the launch event for the AISHE Problem-based learning Special Interest Group.
Both workshops will take place in the Learning and Teaching Centre at D.I.T. 14 Upper Mount St. Dublin 2.
