The form below should be used to register for participation in the conference. It is not possible to make multiple registrations at one time: the form must be separately completed and submitted for each individual delegate. However, multiple payments may be combined as described below.
The standard conference fee is €200. However, fee reductions are available for:
(Note that the "Early-bird" registration deadline passed on Friday 14th May 2004, and is therefore no longer available.)

If you wish to avail of the AISHE member reduction, please ensure that you complete the "AISHE Membership Number" field below. If you are not currently an AISHE member, you may wish to consider joining prior to registration for the conference.
If you wish to avail of the Student reduction, please include appropriate evidence (e.g., photocopy of current student card etc.) with your payment.
The Conference Banquet will take place on the evening of Thursday 2nd September 2004. Places at the banquet are limited, and delegates are encouraged to book at time of registration to secure tickets. You may request a single delegate ticket at €60, or request tickets for a delegate plus one guest at €110 in total.
We regret that we are able to process payment by cheque only.
When you submit the online form below, you will receive an email confirmation of your reservation request. This should be printed out and returned, with a cheque for the complete amount due, to:

On receipt of payment, you will then receive confirmation of your registration.
You may, if you wish, amalgamate multiple registrations for payment purposes. Simply attach a single cheque to the complete set of email reservation requests, and return them in one batch as above.
